Something for everyone as well as the railway enthusiast The Donkey Sanctuary, near Sidmouth, East Devon - Admission Free The Wildlife Park at Cricket St. Thomas, 3 miles east of Chard on the A30 Colyton - 'The most rebellious town in Devon' can be accessed by road or by Tram from Seaton - Historic buildings, Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, shops and restuarants to visit. In addition, there is a treasure trove for users and collectors of tools at The Tool Box at Umborne Bridge. Seaton Tramway - Discover East Devon's Beautiful Axe Valley by Tram! Seaton Tramway, Harbour Road, Seaton, Devon. The journey takes about 25 minutes from Seaton to Colyton, which includes a stop at Colyford. There is a restuarant at Colyton Station Loughwood Meeting House, Dalwood, Near axminster, Devon - A National Trust Property - one of the earliest Baptist Churches in the UK. The Lyme Bay Winery - Traditional hand made Devon cider, country wines and liquers. 2 Miles west of Axminster, about 6 mile from Lyme Regis. Shute Barton - National Trust property at Shute, near Axminster Forde Abbey and Gardens - a fascinating house and glorious gardens, rare and unusual plants for sale in the traditional walles garden, restuarant and tearoom offering home cooked food. Close to Chard. Abbottsbury Swannery - World Heritage Coast Site, a large colony of mute swans have made their home here for over 600 years. Oppertunities for visitors to wander around the nests and observe the fluffy cygnets at close quaters.
