Sea Tree House is right in the heart of Lyme Regis with steps leading off Broad Street to the entrance. The three storey Georgian house dates back over 200 years and was lovingly restored by the owner, David Parker.
Arranged on each floor, the self-catering accommodation is in two completely private, one-bedroomed apartments with individual kitchens and bathrooms. Within the calm and gentle atmosphere of Sea Tree House, each is uniquely different but they share the same standard of furnishings and elegant décor.
The apartments have magnificent bright, sitting rooms with views over the sea, and the famous heritage coastline. The dining area in each window faces south west, perfect for a romantic meal lit first by the setting sun and then by candles. The view overlooking the Cobb is considered one of the best in Lyme Regis.
